What is the return policy?
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and hygiene liners intact.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer UK and international shipping.
UK delivery is charged at a fixed rate, shown at checkout.
International delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All shipping fees are displayed before payment is completed.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my swimwear?
To keep your swimwear looking its best, we recommend hand washing in cold water after use and laying flat to dry.
Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or ironing to help maintain the fabric, colour, and shape.
Is the swimwear true to size?
Our swimwear follows standard UK sizing (UK 10, 12, 14).
If you are shopping from outside the UK, we recommend using the general size guidance below. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
