Refund policy

Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had the hygiene liner removed.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and hygiene liners are intact
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
